Block Party is open to all ages. Booths will be set up at the park near the gazebo. There will be booths for cholesterol and blood pressure screening, dental information, healthy snacks will be available, “give-aways” and registration for free drawings, health coaching, activities, and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) fun for kids.
