Join Sadler for a Health Fair as we celebrate National Health Center Week! Puppet Troupe from Cumberland-Perry Drug & Alcohol Commission will have performances held at 1:15; 2:00; 2:45; 3:30. The troupe uses the ‘On Applebee Pond curriculum’ to teach healthy life skills, promote self-awareness & provide accurate information on alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs through puppetry. There will also be face painting, a scavenger hunt with prizes, fingerprinting & photo ID, and free snow cones! Sadler staff will be providing the following demonstrations: proper hand washing, dental hygiene, smoking cessation, and car seat safety. Local participating organizations include: Cumberland County 4-H, Penn State Cooperative Extension, Cumberland-Perry County Early Intervention, Carlisle Arts Learning Center, and United Way. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult!
