In order to make your Health Center Week more memorable, you can buy a variety of items. In keeping with this year's theme, "America's Health Centers: Home of America's Health Care Heroes"¯ we will offer promotional products to support your event.

If you ordered Health Center Week items last year, you can go directly to the 2008 National Health Center Week Online Store where you can select your organization from a drop down list and proceed to order items
If you did not order Health Center Week items last year, you will need to click on the link below to fill-out a New Customer information form and fax it to American Healthcare at: 320/634-5862. You will then be notified via email when your account is set up and you can place your order. This will allow us to make sure that your tax-exempt status and shipping information is properly entered in the system to avoid delays. If you are planning to order any items personalized for your Health Center do please send logo to: hcwart@gmail.com to be set-up. We will send you an e-mail letting you know when you can order.
