HCW Petitions
For more than 40 years, health centers have been providing affordable,
high quality, comprehensive and accessible healthcare to anyone -
regardless of their ability to pay. Community owned and operated, health
centers are the healthcare home for the most vulnerable members of our
communities, working with every patient to ensure their healthcare needs
are met.
This year, in an effort to raise awareness and demonstrate broad support
of the Health Center Program, NACHC has created the Health Center
Petition. Health center advocates can help support health centers by
signing this petition to make Congress and the President aware of their
support of policies that will strengthen and protect the Health Center
Program.
The petition is available in both English and Spanish as an on-line
petition OR you can click below to download and customize the petition
and one page fact sheet for signing at your health center. If you
download the petition, please remember to add your health center name in
the appropriate place in the first paragraph.
The petition will circulate from June 15th until August 31st. Petitions
that are downloaded and signed on site at health centers must be
received at NACHC by September 15th to be counted. When you have
